Exercise That Helps

A charity morning to support single parents and families in need. Treat yourself to some “me time” while helping those who need it most. BOMI Club, Aušpic Restaurant, and the Clothing Bank—a project of the Slovak Children’s Foundation—have joined forces to create a pleasant morning filled with exercise, relaxation, creativity, and giving.

Schedule

Starting at 9:00 a.m. – Arrival at Aušpic Restaurant

9:30 – 10:30 a.m. – Flow Yoga by the Danube

Enjoy an hour of mindful movement, relaxation, and “me time” in a pleasant setting by the Danube. We’ll be practicing outdoors on the lawn at Aušpic Restaurant.

The class is also suitable for beginners. Just bring your own mat, comfortable clothing, and a bottle of water.

👧 Kids’ Club During Yoga

While parents practice, a certified instructor from the BOMI Club will take care of the children.

For children ages 4 to 9, we’ll have a safe and playful program featuring therapeutic aids, creative activities, and elements of mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore emotions and create a craft that the children can take home as a keepsake.

👕 10:30 – 11:30 | Clothing Bank Charity Bazaar

After your workout, you can choose some nice secondhand clothing items for a voluntary donation. The proceeds will go to help single parents and families at risk of poverty or in crisis situations, whom the Clothing Bank supports.

Light Refreshments

Throughout the morning, refreshments from Trhovisko Miletičova—made with fresh, local ingredients—will be available.

Admission

Participation in the event is by voluntary donation. We leave the amount up to you—every contribution helps support a good cause.

What to bring?

Your own yoga mat or sleeping pad,

a water bottle,

comfortable workout clothes.

We believe that when people with similar values come together, wonderful things happen. This morning won’t just be about yoga, the kids’ program, or secondhand clothing. It will be about community and about small acts that can make a big difference.
