St. George’s Cellar Day

Friends of Svätý Jur wines, we invite you to the Svätý Jur Wine Cellars Day 2025, which will take place on the last weekend of January, January 30 – 31, 2026. This 19th edition will feature 25 cellars, which the winemakers of Svätý Jur will open on Friday and Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Svätý Jur Cellar Day is a unique wine event in the small wine-growing town of Svätý Jur (just a short distance from Bratislava), which attracts lovers of quality wine and wine culture every year.

🍷 1. Taste authentic wines from Svätý Jur

During the event, many local wine cellars and wineries open their doors so you can taste different varieties of wine directly from the producers – from crisp whites to rosés and full-bodied reds.

With your ticket, you will receive a tasting glass, a map of the cellars, and wine coupons that you can use when purchasing bottles.

Svätý Jur has a rich wine tradition, and its narrow streets and historic cellars create a great atmosphere that is ideal for a winter wine tour.

The price of a one-day ticket in advance is 29 € until December 31, 2025. From January 1, 2026, the price of a one-day ticket will be 35 €.

The purchased ticket is valid only for that day (either Friday or Saturday). The ticket includes a pocket book, a tasting glass, a map of the cellars and vouchers for the purchase of wine worth EUR 15.

TICKET COLLECTION

Tickets via pre-sale must be picked up (you will receive a tasting glass, a map of the cellars and coupons for the purchase of wine) on the day of the event from 11.00 a.m. at the dispensing stand directly on the square in Svätý Jur.
