The scariest night of the year is approaching. Ghosts, monsters, scary rides, performances and especially a lot of fun await you in Familypark.
You can look forward to a spooky party, which this year is organized by host Filippo for all Halloween fans. The park will be aglow in spooky splendour and the spectacular accompanying programme promises plenty of goosebumps until late into the evening.
An unforgettable evening for the whole family awaits!
From 17 October to 2 November, Austria’s largest amusement park will be transformed into a beautifully terrifying world with a spooky party by the park’s mascot, Filippo, to which you are cordially invited. Experience unforgettable adventures full of chills, thrills and fun.
As you enter the park, you’ll be greeted by lavish decorations, and as you stroll through the grounds, you can admire acrobats in fantastic costumes at the Walking Acts, which provide a great atmosphere.
The highlight of the haunted party during Halloween are the breathtaking shows that take place every day in the Circus Tent. Performances by artists from all over the world will win you over with their impressive acrobatics, singing and dancing. The children’s shows are especially aimed at families with young children, while the exciting evening shows are staged a little more obscurely.
Haunted house extravaganza for teens and adults – For the adventurous visitors who love adrenaline and thrills, haunted houses are prepared:
“Nightmare Manor”
You will not escape the chills in this creepy dark mansion. So – can you find your way out in time?
“Underground”
The second haunted house is called “Underground” – visitors will feel as if they are walking through sewers and subway tunnels while being pursued by strange and terrifying creatures.
*recommended age of visit: 14 years old
The next BEST haunted party is the Halloween parade, led by mascot Filippo, which parades through the entire Familypark twice a day. So you can experience the Halloween characters for yourself and join the parade yourself. Beforehand, the face-painting booth will transform you into a terrifying ghost.
The magician on the open-air stage will completely win you over with his witchcraft and the puppeteer with the cheeky skeleton will provide volleys of laughter and fantastic entertainment!
The master carver Alex Neumayer and his exhibition of carved pumpkins traditionally leaves visitors speechless with amazement.
Of course, there is no shortage of rides either: don’t miss out on the extraordinary night roller coaster ride, for example.
With extended opening hours until 20:00 or 21:00, you’ll have plenty of time for an experience that will stay in your memory for a long time to come.
Halloween warm-up – the ideal preparation
From 17 – 19 October, all those who can’t wait will have a great opportunity to tune in to the official spooky party just one week before our big Halloween celebration. The Halloween warm-up brings with it children’s and interactive shows on open air stages. Both haunted houses are already opening its doors. The eerily beautiful decorations and spooky Walking Acts are a great warm-up before the Halloween season kicks off.
