Summer is the time when cinemas move from enclosed buildings to the night sky full of stars – and Bratislava is no exception. Every Wednesday, films will be screened at Lakeside Park, and every Friday at the amphitheater in Kuchajda. Screenings start at 9:30 p.m. in July and 9:00 p.m. in August.
So bring a few friends (it’s always better to watch a movie with someone who can appreciate it with you), something warm to wear (in case the night is a little less than tropical), and maybe a blanket, as the benches can be a little hard for long periods of sitting, so make yourself comfortable.
