You know what? It is absolutely okay not to feel okay. To be tired, frustrated, moody or depressed, even if it seems that everybody around you is dealing with the pandemic just fine. How can you help yourself, in mental first aid fashion? This and much more with Hana Šenčíková, psychotherapist, and Vitalia Bella.
