Svätojurská hike with ascent to the castle of Biely Kamen and the hillfort. The guided Svätojurská potulka will lead us through the vineyard area as well as part of the Svätojurská nature trail to three interesting places. We will stop at a lookout point with a vineyard museum?, where we will learn how the vineyards were created, we will walk through an oak-hornbeam forest, where we will see the difference between hornbeam and oak. From there we will reach the mysterious and legendary White Stone Castle?, where we may even find treasure. Finally, we will visit the important Slavic fortress above Neštich, which served as a settlement for the people of the Hallstatt Age, but the Celts, Romans and especially the Slavs left their traces here.
This trail is moderately challenging and includes steeper terrain. It leads through forest paths?, at the beginning and end of the hike, there is an asphalt road. Sturdy hiking shoes are required, hiking poles are ideal. All who like fresh air, adventure and want to learn something new are welcome.
