Dachshund Meeting

In 2026, the Dachshund Community will organize the 27th National Dachshund Meeting. The venue will once again be in Kőbánya at the Happy Dog Dog School, where dachshunds and their owners from all over the country will come together for an unforgettable day filled with games, fun, and community programs. The event promises the familiar friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities and unique experiences.

The goal of the Dachshund Community is to provide a genuine community experience for both owners and their dogs. The event will host some of the most popular exhibitors and will offer a wide variety of colorful programs.

The program includes several special events:

Veterinarian Dr. Csaba Juhász (PettBull.com) will also attend the event, providing support as a therapeutic vet for dogs and their owners.

Participation is possible with or without a dog. Admission for adults is 2000 HUF as a donation, for which two raffle tickets are given. Admission for children is free of charge.

Important participation rules apply to all dogs: only those with valid rabies vaccination and microchip are allowed to enter. Vaccination books must be presented. Female dogs in heat cannot attend. The organizers do not assume responsibility for the dogs; each owner is responsible for their own pet.

Parking is convenient and free: street parking in front of the Happy Dog Dog School is available with plenty of spaces.

Photos taken during the event will be published on the organizers’ social media pages and website and may later be used to promote future programs. If any participant does not wish their photo to be shared, they can notify the organizers, who will ensure the picture is not displayed or will remove it if already posted.
