The festival features top productions from leading German-speaking theatres as well as Czech creators reflecting contemporary themes and trends.
The program includes performances from renowned theatres such as:
As is tradition, the festival also highlights Czech contributions—this year represented by Divadlo LETÍ, winner of the Josef Balvín Award, which annually honors exceptional Czech productions of German-language plays.
This year’s motto, “nichts ist ok” (“nothing is okay”), underscores pressing societal and cultural themes. The accompanying program will include, for example, a Czech-German cabaret dedicated to Franz Kafka and a unique Kafka-inspired fairy tale.
German-language performances are presented with Czech subtitles, allowing even non-German-speaking audiences to enjoy the shows.
Don’t miss this opportunity to experience exceptional theatre and immerse yourself in the world of top-tier European art.
