Valentine’s Day Yoga

In Budapest, at the JÓGA21 studio on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30, a Valentine’s Day couples yoga session will be held in a small-group, guided format.

The 90-minute practice is built around the principles of partner yoga, focusing on shared movement, mutual support and coordinated breathing. The session does not emphasize physical performance or strength, but instead uses accessible poses that encourage balance, communication and cooperation between partners. Each sequence is guided step by step, allowing participants to stay connected while practicing safely.

The class concludes with a sound bowl relaxation, integrated as the final phase of the session. The vibrations and tones support physical release after movement and create a calm, shared resting period.

The morning yoga session can be attended on its own, but an optional follow-up program is also available the same day: a couples forest bathing experience at Normafa from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. This guided walk focuses on slow movement, sensory awareness and connection within a natural setting.
