Traditional Christmas market in the central square on náměstí Míru will be held from 20 November to 24 December 2022. As you may expect, there will be typical Christmas refreshments such as Christmas punch, mulled wine, grog, hot pancakes, grilled specialties as well as several stalls full of festive goods and treats to buy such as Christmas-themed gingerbread, marzipan, honey products, mead artificial, Christmas trees, dried, cut and artificial flowers, electric Christmas candles, salt lamps, dried fruit, nuts of all kinds, roasted chestnuts, products made of wood, wicker, straw, leather, stone, linen tablecloths, placemats with Christmas motifs, sale of bottled wines, packaged Christmas pastries.
What is more, this year the organisers have also acquired original Czech blueprints and beautiful glass jewellery. In addition to a number of improvements, you can also enjoy a carved Vinohrady nativity scene by the carver Petr Dobrý. The linden wood for it comes from Česká Kamenice.
