1. Lainz Game Reserve

On an area of 2,450 hectares, visitors can experience a unique natural and cultural landscape with an enormous diversity of animals and plants.

2. Wertheimsteinpark

The park has numerous small paths and also a steep drop in terrain to the Danube Canal. Families and children can look forward to a large playground and sun worshipers will also get a taste of it, thanks to the large lawn, which is framed with flowers.

3. Setagaya Park

Japanese gardens are known to have their very own form of expression. You can convince yourself of this in Setagaya Park and lose yourself in the Far Eastern flair.

4. Burggarten

Burggarten has always been a popular and quiet green oasis. Several impressive monuments and statues match the imperial style of the park perfectly.

5. Türkenschanzpark

This Park has become a very popular green oasis with a colourful leisure world, including volleyball courts, basketball courts, skating facilities and table tennis tables.

6. Danube Park

With bike paths, free tennis courts, mini-golf courses and plenty of space to relax, the Danube Park has everything you need for a day in Vienna.

7. Augarten

Regardless of whether you want to do sports, sunbathe on the large lawn or relax on a shady park bench – the Augarten is a magical place that you should definitely visit.

8. Stadtpark

If you long for some rest and relaxation right in the centre of the city, the city park is the right choice. On top of that, it is the park with the most monuments and sculptures.

9. Park Oberlaa

The thematic areas of the spa park such as the allergy garden, the flower labyrinth, the film city or the Japanese garden are worth a little more time. The spa park is ideal for family trips.

10. Volksgarten

Volksgarten is one of the most beautiful parks in the city. It is part of the Vienna Hofburg area and shows traces of the French Baroque style.
