This month a new Pop Fest music festival is launched by artist and singer Katrin Butt. So if you're looking for a good dose of music, be sure to check out this event! You can expect artists from genres like hip-hop, house, electronic sounds, rock, avant-garde, experimental sounds and others. So, if you are ready to experience subtle, poetic, earthy-archaic, powerful new songs, you are more than welcome to the first edition of Pop Festival, where sound experiments merge into a new sound experience. The festival will take place on January 19.
The Viennese ice skating season is here again. Also this year the ice skating rink in front of the city hall will be open daily from 10 am to 10 pm for all visitors. You have the opportunity to enjoy the winter on more than 9000 m2 of beautiful landscape with your friends or family. If you don't have your own skates, you can rent them for a reasonable price right on the spot. Come and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of a frozen, icy landscape while skating. On January 28, another edition of the famous Rainbow Ball will take place at the Parkhotel Schönbrunn. Every Thursday, Rene, our quizmaster, will prepare 20 trivia questions that your team will have to answer with all your brainpower. Rundgang Akademie is a special exhibition of the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. It is a fantastic opportunity to see what the Academy's students have been up to and how the great young artists of tomorrow are being trained.
