ImpulsTanz Festival

Founded in 1984, the ImPulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival has developed into the largest festival for contemporary dance and performance. Every summer it presents a uniquely diverse programme of performances, workshops, research projects and musical acts.

134 international teachers and choreographers impart their knowledge to beginners and professionals in around 210 workshops and research projects at the Vienna Arsenal. Many different types of performances are prepared. In addition, you can take part in workshops ranging from Pilates and yoga to various dance courses such as hip-hop, flamenco, contemporary dance and much more. The workshops take place at various locations in Vienna and are free of charge, but you have to register online one day before the event. The performances, on the other hand, are chargeable, but don’t worry. You can find all the prices at the link below. All ages are welcome.
