All-Levels Yogadate

This class is for you if… you love vinyasa flows under blue skies… you’ve had some exposure to yoga…. want to learn a bit more about yoga, breathing exercises and technique. In this session we flow from one asana to the next with many vinyasas, accompanied by a pleasant playlist in the beautiful Augarten of Vienna.

The focus is especially on asanas that strengthen our centre, our origin.
We will go through the sun salutations, all adapted to their own level and I will also introduce each asana with several variations. We will practice the basic postures, the correct posture of the hands, shoulder blades and legs to give you long-term tools to protect you from bad postures and injuries. Special attention (and you will find this in all my classes) is given to warming up the wrists.

All sessions take place in the Augarten. We always meet at 9:45 am at the main gate at the Upper Augarten Street and walk together to our spot. In case of bad weather the class will not take place.

Duration: cca 75min with max. 8 participants.
If you don’t have your own yoga mat, please let me know and I can bring one for you.
