World Yoga Day is approaching again! And how to celebrate this day, if not with yoga? If you are a yoga lover and cannot imagine the start of the day without it, this event is for you. But even beginners or those who have never practiced yoga can participate if they want to give their life a new healthy inspiration.
Since World Yoga Day is back here, celebrate it with ViVi right at Villa Pamphili. The exercises will be accompanied by fantastic coaches that you already know from their online lessons. You will be accompanied by Federico Insabato and coach Michela Maltoni. Two hours of yoga will be also accompanied by live music and, of course, meditation. The perfect atmosphere will be ensured by Villa Pamphili and the enchanting sunset.
Find balance and celebrate world yoga day with the whole world. Yoga classes will be free for everyone, but you need to bring your own mat.
