Sweet Christmas at Chvaly Chateau

From 26 November to 8 January, you will have the opportunity to visit Chvaly Chateau, which will host the exhibition about sweets and their making process. For example, you will have the chance to see a stylized interior of a historic confectionery, shop and factory with coffee trays, boxes full of sweets and desserts based on magazines from the 1930s. What is more, there will be various confectionery tools, such as a hand ice cream machine, candy punches and molds, and rare chocolate molds, as well as some advertising materials that have been used during that time.

The exhibition will be open from 26 November 2022 to 8 January 2023, daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
Open only from 2 to 4 pm on 24 December, closed on 25, 26, 31 December 2022 and 1 January 2023.

In case you want to visit also accompanying events, there is going to be a couple of them:
• 11 December from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Advent Sunday with Angel Gabriel – guided tours for children and adults + Christmas workshops
• 24 December from 2 to 4 pm: Living Nativity at Chval Castle (Christmas exhibition open from 2 to 4 pm)
• 8 January from 2 to 4 p.m.: Closing of Christmas at Chval Castle with a three-ring procession

Admission: adults 90 CZK ; children, students, seniors, disabled and disabled/P 60 CZK; Family admission 250 CZK (the price includes a tour of the castle premises and concurrent exhibitions)
