The St. Vitus Organ Evenings are among the most significant musical events of the Prague summer. The festival offers a unique opportunity to experience world-class organ music concerts in the majestic halls of St. Vitus Cathedral at Prague Castle. This year’s festival is particularly special because it marks the debut of the new, monumental cathedral organ, built by world-renowned organ builder Gerhard Grenzing.

Why visit the festival?

You’ll hear one of the most modern and largest organs in Europe

The new St. Vitus organ is a masterpiece of global significance. Its rich sound and unique design make every concert an extraordinary musical experience.

The Unparalleled Atmosphere of a Gothic Cathedral

The music resonates beneath the monumental vaults of St. Vitus Cathedral, one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Europe. The combination of world-class music, history, and unique acoustics creates an unforgettable evening.

World-class organists on one stage

Every year, the festival brings leading performers from the Czech Republic and abroad to Prague. This year, artists from the U.S., Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and other countries will perform.

A Diverse Program

In addition to solo organ recitals, you can also look forward to a concert with a symphony orchestra or performances featuring guest soloists, making the festival a truly diverse musical experience.

An Exceptional Cultural Experience in the Heart of Prague

Combine a visit to Prague Castle with a concert that blends music, architecture, and the spiritual atmosphere of one of the most significant Czech landmarks.
