Skating rink Letná

From November 15, 2025, to February 28, 2026, Letná Plain will transform into a winter paradise for all skating enthusiasts — the Letná Ice Rink, the largest public ice rink in Prague, is opening its doors once again.

The rink, measuring 42 × 20 meters and located opposite Sparta football stadium, ranks among the most popular winter attractions in the capital. Every year, it draws hundreds of locals and visitors who come to enjoy sports, fun, and the unique atmosphere of snowy Letná.

The venue features a heated large-capacity tent where visitors can change or rest, a skate rental and sharpening service, outdoor seating, restrooms, and a refreshment stand offering hot drinks and small snacks. Children can skate for free, making it an ideal destination for families and school outings alike.

A new addition this year is an online webcam, allowing visitors to check the current crowd levels on the ice before arriving. The rink’s quality is maintained with daily resurfacing at 12:00–12:30, 15:00–15:45, and 18:00–18:30.
