QUEENIE returns to Křižík Fountain in Prague this August 6, 2024, and once again embarks on a summer tour across Czech and Moravian cities to celebrate a significant milestone in their career – their 18th anniversary!
The band, dedicated to the legacy of Freddie Mercury and Queen, has garnered a huge following not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. Throughout their career, they have performed more than 1,400 concerts in 25 countries and have sold out Prague’s O2 arena five times. They also made a significant mark by performing at the official birthday celebration of Queen Elizabeth II.
In 2024, QUEENIE embarked on a summer tour across Czech cities to delight fans of the legendary music of Queen. This tour will be particularly festive as the band celebrated their 18th anniversary this year with two major concerts at Prague’s O2 universum. The band’s frontman, Michael Kluch, is looking forward to the summer concerts and promises that they will be especially special due to this milestone.
Fans can look forward to precise renditions of Queen’s songs, which QUEENIE presents with authentic costumes and a visual show. Michael Kluch, known for his vocal performance, appearance, and movements reminiscent of Freddie Mercury, brings an unforgettable atmosphere to the concerts.

About Křižík Fountain:
Křižík Fountain is located behind the Industrial Palace, surrounded by Křižík Pavilions, forming an amphitheater with a capacity of 6,000 people. Currently, the fountain is used as a venue for short-term events at the Exhibition Grounds. Visitors can attend concerts, shows, theater performances, or gastronomic events here.
