Open hours of playful exercise

Do not hesitate to bring your children with you to Monkey’s Gym where you can try out playful exercise in gyms.

There are regular open hours (weekdays and weekends) that are reserved for free exercise and frolics for children and parents.

You can come without prior reservation – just check the current availability by phone.

Children can use all the equipment made especially for them, such as beams, bars, ladders, trampolines, monkey bars, balls, various fun coloured and soft exercise elements, a climbing wall and much more. At the beginning of the lesson, an experienced instructor will first introduce the parents to the gym equipment and the exercises that the children can perform on the various tools, help with the possible organization of sports games or show the correct assistance in performing individual exercises. The concept of playful exercise is not precisely defined and is guided purely by what the children want to do, what they enjoy.
