During the first Saturday of January, on the occasion of the celebration of the Three Kings Day on 6 January, you will have the chance to join or just watch Three kings hardy swimming. All those who are courageous enough to join will be easily recognisable – they will gonna have a crown! They will sail about two hundred metres towards the Charles Bridge Museum to the dock under the last surviving arch of the Judith Bridge.
The tradition of this event began in 2010, when it was first organized by the Czech Winter Sports Union and the Charles Bridge Museum. It is not a race, but a meeting of hardy people and a commemoration of historical events and places associated with the Vltava River.
Venue: Charles Bridge
Date: 6 January 2024
