Saturday’s 2 mile run

In case you are looking for a sport activity that you can do regularly with your friends or looking for the opportunity to meet some other running lovers, you can opt for 2 mile run which is held every first Saturday at 9:00.

The race course is on Stromovka’s asphalt roads. There is always a track for adults having 2 laps (i.e. 2 miles) and 1 lap (1 mile + 70 m) for children under the age of 12.
The time is measured for everyone. The time, after conversion by the age coefficient, is included in the results of the annual Pancake Cup, the announcement and awarding of which takes place in January of the following year.

There are the following categories:
Male (13-127 years) / Female (13-127 years)
Boys (up to 12 years) / Girls (up to 12 years)
(Categories remain the same throughout the calendar year. Therefore, if a competitor reaches the age of 13 in a given year, he/she starts in the adult category for the whole year.)
