Named after one of Pivovar’s most captivating paintings, which combines the metaphysical world with everyday reality, the Moscow Gothic exhibition explores the fundamental themes of the artist’s work, from his hometown and the secrets of his past, to eroticism and grotesque. In addition to this painting, the exhibition will present his work in more than 200 paintings, drawings and sketches created in Moscow in the 1970s and in Prague after 1982. Some of them are even exhibited for the very first time! So do not hesitate and come take a look at this unique exhibition!
