Yoga in the parks Grébovka

Start your Friday with yoga at Grébovka. The summer outdoor classes are free. Treat yourself to a peaceful start to the day and come practice yoga every Friday morning in the beautiful setting of Havlíčkovy sady (Grébovka).

Summer open-air classes await you in the vineyard gazebo, combining gentle movement, breathing exercises, and a moment of relaxation surrounded by greenery.

Experienced instructors will guide you through the classes throughout the summer. Each brings her own style, but they all share a sensitive approach, a relaxed atmosphere, and respect for each participant’s abilities. The practice is suitable for both beginners and those who practice yoga regularly.

Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a positive attitude. All classes are completely free, so all you have to do is get up early and enjoy a summer morning in one of Prague’s most beautiful parks.
