Autumn is here again and brings you with its colder days the “soup season”. That is why Manifesto Market has prepared a 4-day festival where you can taste traditional soups from different cuisines. You will be introduced to chefs from the restaurant such as Atelier Charlie Voston, HANZU, Le Petit Bouillon, Dirty Dog Barbeque, Poke Haus and others.
They have prepared a special soup menu for you, where you will be able to taste various types of soups such as Tomato soup with Emmental or goat cheese and croûtons, pho bo, Roasted sweet potato soup garnished with maple syrup, balsamic reduction, and toasted pumpkin seeds, Carrot cream soup with thyme and toasted flatbread and more.
And don’t forget: soup is the best course!
