In the early 1990s, Niclas Frisk started something that would become a world-renowned musical nuclear power plant named Atomic Swing. Atomic Swing was not a rock band in the usual sense of the word, they were something much bigger and harder to label. The band broke new grounds and redesigned the Swedish music map. Suddenly, the boundaries between alternative rock, Bossanova and ordinary straight pop had been blurred and a whole new genre had been created – the Atomic Swing.
