An adventure awaits you on Valentine’s Day, courtesy of the Children’s Railway. The Valentin Express will leave the Hűvösvölgy terminus for Szépjuhászné at 5 and at 7 pm. In the cosy carriages, couples can share champagne and sweets, and on the way back they can enjoy dinner while admiring the wonderful panorama.

On 14 February, the Children’s Railway is inviting couples on a trip: at 17:00 and 19:00, a special Valentine Express train will depart from the terminus in Hűvösvölgy. Tickets for the train can only be purchased in advance on the Tixa website for HUF 15.990 per person. During the one-and-a-half hour journey, the train makes the round trip between Hűvösvölgy and Szépjuhászné, passing through the 200-metre-long horseshoe-shaped tunnel of the railway twice, which makes the journey special because it is believed that horseshoe-shaped gifts given on Valentine’s Day can strengthen relationships. We believe in the magic of the giant horseshoe-shaped tunnel, so we want to help this empowerment happen: to bring passengers to the gateway to happiness as the train enters.

Before the journey, each participant will have the opportunity to have a photo taken with their partner at the station. The event’s official photographer will be taking photos of the most beautiful moments and the Valentine Express train throughout the event. The photos will be published a week later on the event’s Facebook event. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to allow the photographer to take the photos and publish them, and to use the photos for future Valentine’s Express events.

Participants are kindly requested to arrive 20 minutes before the departure of the train!
