Valentine’s Day Cake Shop

Pastry chef Zsuzsi Ötvös is preparing some amazing cake specialities for the celebration of love. The Valentine’s Day cake shop will be located in the Babérliget Bookstore above Laurel Restaurant, where she will be offering refreshed classics. The six different types of cake will be prepared in line with today’s pastry trends and will be available to guests from 2pm.

Real classics with a little twist here and there, but by no means overthought. This is Zsuzsi Ötvös’s Valentine’s Day cake shop in the Babérliget Bookstore above Laurel restaurant. Wonderful cakes, either to eat on the spot or to take away. Zsuzsi has the following for you:

ESZTERHÁZY / ESZTERHÁZY TORTE- Chinese herbs x pecans
HÁJAS KRÉMES /FRENCH PASTRY- vanilla x caramel
MÉZES KRÉMES/HONEY FRENCH PASTRY – apricot x chamomile
OROSZKRÉM/RUSSIAN CREAMY PASTRY – rum raisin x kumquat
KÓKUSZKOCKA/COCONUT SQUARE- cocoa x coffee
