The Night of the Museums is also waiting for you at Várkert Bazaar, as they are preparing a cinema and an interesting exhibition guide. Visitors can watch from 6 pm the Bosch educational film and the Balaton Method, and from 10 pm the Pagan Madonna. In addition, the perfumer Zsolt Zólyomi and the litterateur Anna Juhász will give an exhibition tour at the exhibition Új Világ Született (New World Born)”. The exhibition, the theme of which will be World War I, will be open to the public from Friday from 3 pm as part of a guided tour.
“New World Born” Guided tour:
World War I ended more than a hundred years ago. Our exhibition The Birth of a New World presents this very interesting and sad period of the beginning of the last century in a colorful, fragrant, interactive form. Your guide will guide you from the swamps of the Western Front to the depths of the lifelike trenches. During the guided walk, they can gain insight into the everyday life of the front and the hinterland, the lives of the most important personalities of the age, the consequences of the peace around Paris and the new world order born after the Great War.
The guide time is approx. 90 minutes long.
Events can be attended with registration and a 2022 Museum Night armband.
