Wir sind Wien Festival

We welcome you to our 15th cultural tour throughout Vienna. We are still in the middle of preparations, in May our programme will be published here. Every year from 1 to 23 June, we offer a varied cultural programme in all of Vienna’s municipal districts and provide insights into the city’s artistic output, as usual with free admission.

The extraordinary range of cultural experiences this time includes photo exhibitions, picnics with pop culture literati, top-class concerts, discovery tours, an extensive family and children’s programme and lots of live music. The dense concert programme with established musicians, newcomers and ensembles of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra will thrill visitors on numerous stages with classical music, pop, rock, soul, Viennese song and much more.

Jazz and funky sounds by the musicians Zelda Weber and Saint Privat will introduce this year’s festival at the opening on 31 May 2023 in the Vogelweidpark (in case of bad weather on the Tschauner stage). This will be followed by programmes in the 1st district on 1 June, in the 2nd district on 2 June, in the 3rd district on 3 June and so on.
