In November, Vajdahunyad Castle will once again be covered in flowers when the Hungarian Orchid Society brings the Orchid and Bromeliad Exhibition to life. At the end of November, the geek universe will come to life again: GeekCon Hungary 2025 awaits pop culture lovers at Lurdy Ház. Anime, movies, games, cosplay, and geek relics will fill the huge event space, where fans and creators alike will find a home. Fairy tales, magic, and festive cheer will fill the Marczibányi Square Cultural Center on November 8, when the Lampion Fairy Tale Festival and Book Fair takes place throughout the day. Throughout the day, well-known writers, illustrators, and musicians will take the stage, while children can participate in playful programs, fairy house building, and detective adventures. A day of physical and mental rejuvenation awaits everyone on November 15 at ELTE’s Lágymányos Campus, where the Health & Beauty Expo will be held for the fourth time. At the 1,800-square-meter festival, health professionals, beauty brands, and self-improvement speakers will help everyone find their own balance. Visitors can take part in free screenings, trial treatments, workshops, and inspiring discussions, while trying out the latest trends. A day where health, beauty, and harmony come together.

A paradise for game enthusiasts awaits on November 8–9 at the Papp László Budapest Sports Arena, where the Board Game Festival will be held once again. In mid-November, GrillFeszt and the Grillkirály team will once again heat up the atmosphere: for three days, stuffed cabbage will simmer and sausages will sizzle in the park next to the Ázsia Center, filling the air with delicious aromas. The festival showcases the best of Hungarian cuisine, while musical programs, a craft fair, and children’s activities ensure a good time for all. Visitors can once again take part in stuffing the district’s longest sausage, which is guaranteed to be a memorable moment. For fishing enthusiasts, the PontyShow held at Hungexpo in November is once again a must-see event, where everything revolves around carp fishing for three days. More than a hundred domestic and international exhibitors showcase their latest equipment, lures, and technologies, while experienced anglers share their knowledge and tips. The event has a family-friendly atmosphere, with fun programs for children and professional lectures and product demonstrations for adults.
