Superhero Day For Children

Spend a fun-filled morning at Hunyadi Square, where families are invited to enjoy interactive theatre, creative workshops and traditional outdoor games. The highlight of the event is the Aranyszamár Theatre’s interactive performance, presenting humorous and meaningful stories such as The Donkey and the Well, Balaam’s Donkey and The Poor Man’s Donkey, all exploring human nature in an entertaining way.

Following the performance, children can join the Szamárlétra Project, featuring classic fairground games, skill and logic challenges, rocking donkeys, storytelling and plenty of laughter. Visitors can also take part in creative arts and crafts workshops led by artist and art therapist Maya Wellisch, making the event an enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Combining theatre, play and creativity in a relaxed outdoor setting, this free programme offers a great way to spend a summer morning in the heart of Budapest.
