4. Almost Proud Princess

The original Slovak family musical by Michal Babiak and Milan Malinovský is loosely based on the Czech folk tale Potrestaná pýcha by Božena Němcová. The title of this classic fairy tale is probably not unfamiliar to you, you certainly know it thanks to the 1952 film adaptation starring Alena Vránová in the title role. Although this Slovak musical version differs slightly from the original, it will not disappoint you. It will have everything it should have and a little something extra, such as the wicked witch or the jester.
