Dancing by the Fountain

Get in a good mood and dance by the fountain. Every Wednesday, the Družba Fountain becomes a gathering place for enthusiasts of partner dances such as salsa, bachata, and kizomba. However, the main purpose of the event is simply to enjoy dancing outdoors.

This unique event introduces the general public and dance enthusiasts to various dance styles and features performances and group dancing led by both local and international instructors.

This event was created with the aim of supporting Bratislava’s cultural and social life and bringing the joy of dance to the streets of the capital.

Regular gatherings of dancers of Latin American dances such as salsa, bachata, and kizomba are complemented by demonstrations led by dance school instructors for those who would like to try these dances.

This year, too, Wednesdays will be all about dancing, great music, good vibes, and outdoor fun by the fountain.💃

What can you look forward to?

🔥 Free romantic bachata lesson from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. – Naty & Pipo from the SBN Dance School

🔥 We’ll also dance together with the team of dancers from the SBN Dance School @salsabynorika at 7:00 p.m.

🎧 DJ Nena will guide you through a free dance party to the rhythms of salsa, bachata, and kizomba

🩺 Medical assistance will be available throughout the event.
