Chico & The Gypsies are coming to Pezinok! Come to hear a concert full of hits of the legendary group on 18.09.2023. The concert will take place in the courtyard of the 13th century castle in Pezinok and the castle gates for the concert open at 18:30.
Chico & the Gypsies is a French rumba catalana, flamenco and Latin pop and rock music formation led by Jahloul Chico Bouchikhi, who was the founder of the Gipsy Kings. After leaving the Gipsy Kings due to differences with the band, Bouchikhi formed CHICO & THE GYPSIES in 1992.
Chico Bouchikhi-alias Chico, founder of the Gipsy Kings and co-writer of their biggest hits-did what he loved when he played onstage with his musicians at his club on the outskirts of his hometown of El Patio de Camargue.
There are always 11 world-class musicians on stage. We are all looking forward to seeing our friends again at our GIPSY FIESTA CONCERTS and presenting all our hits BAMBOLEO, VOLARE, DJOBI DJOBA, A MI MANERA and our latest recordings. The best things we find in the essence of the band’s music: are the bright colors, the gypsy touch and the legendary guitars.)
