Join us in welcoming fall and handmade crafts! You can look forward to fresh designs, new handmade items, and a vibrant array of arts and crafts. You’ll find it all at the popular three-day SAShE handmade crafts festival at Tržnica from September 16–18, 2026.

September—the month of new beginnings! Whether you’re embracing the earthy colors of fall, starting a new chapter in your children’s lives, or looking for something to bring joy to your everyday life—you’ll find inspiration from local artisans at our handmade crafts festival. Fashion, jewelry, design, cosmetics, toys, and treats you won’t find in any department store. Simply put, quality and originality that passes from hand to hand. 🍂🧡✂️🧵🎨👜🕯️🍯🌾

The Old Market Hall brings together the most interesting pieces of local design, handmade creations, and crafts. At the stalls, you’ll find high-quality, imaginative, and authentic products made with a personal touch. Whether you’re looking for fashion made with love for all ages, original jewelry and accessories, natural cosmetics, products for little ones, or irresistible treats for discerning gourmets, you’ll find it all at the SAShE market.

You can look forward to workshops, unique cooking lectures, a kids’ corner, and a clothing swap.

This time, the theme is food. You can look forward to lectures and cooking workshops for the whole family, as well as sessions on greenwashing when shopping for groceries, cooking for people with various food intolerances, and proper waste sorting and composting of food scraps. And there will be handmade chocolate to taste! 🙂

For our younger visitors, there is a traditional children’s play area, as well as a daily theater performance.

In collaboration with the boutique thrift store Rezke, there will be a clothing swap—but this won’t be just any ordinary swap; it will also feature a workshop with La Florita, which broke attendance records at the last Market with over 300 participants!

If you’re crafty and create handmade or designer items and want to showcase your work at the event, sign up. The call for participants is also open to designers who aren’t registered on SAShE.sk.
