New wardrobe responsibly and without unnecessary costs! ? Give your wardrobe a second chance and “shop” for free with a good feeling at a community clothing and accessories swap. This time in an unusual place – the CSOB headquarters. SWAP is for all those who have decided to take sustainable living into their own hands and also for those who love the thrill of finding unexpected fashion treasures. What’s more, a friendly atmosphere awaits you, where swapping is one of joy! As an added bonus, we will also be supporting Slovak mountain springs. ?♻️????️
~ Don’t spend litres on fast fashion
Every piece you replace will save you thousands of litres of water in addition to your money. Did you know that a new t-shirt uses up to 2,700 litres and that a new pair of jeans is worth up to 8,000 litres of water? For every litre saved, the ČSOB Foundation donates 10 cents to the restoration of mountain wells in Slovakia. So when you “unwrap” one pair of jeans, you help with 80 euros for the preservation of drinking water in our mountains.
~ What is SWAP?
It is a concept that means a mutual exchange of clothes, with which comes the exchange of experiences, opinions and joy. SWAP is a way to save both nature and your own wallet. It’s a way to refresh your wardrobe in an eco-friendly and economical way, without remorse.
~ How does SWAP work?
The principle is simple. You give up your fashion pieces that can still please others and in exchange you can take back ones that please you. In this way, together we contribute to recycling in a very friendly and fun way. Plus, through SWAP you can get your hands on interesting pieces and refresh your wardrobe with original models from interesting people.
~ How does SWAP work?
CSOB employees will receive 5 tokens after presenting their ID card. For the public, the principle of 1 piece of clothing brought = 1 token applies. If you don’t bring any clothes, you will receive 1 token for a 1 euro donation. In this case, a cashless terminal will be set up at the entrance. The money collected will be donated by ČSOB to the project of restoration of mountain wells in Slovak national parks. The clothes you bring to SWAP must be in good condition, washed, clean, smelling, undamaged and dry.
