FIT Summer

Enjoy free yoga and Pilates classes outdoors. Summer is the perfect time to exercise outdoors. From July 7 through the end of August, the Bořislavka Centrum complex will transform into a place where you can exercise regularly in the fresh air and recharge your energy. You can look forward to yoga and Pilates classes suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.

Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and admission is free for everyone. Just bring your own exercise mat, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude.
