Folklore Festival Vienna 2025 takes place in Vienna from November 14 to 16, 2025 and is all about traditional music, dance and international customs. The festival brings together folklore groups, choirs and dancers from different countries to present their cultural roots on a large stage. The focus is on cultural exchange – each group presents authentic costumes, music and dances from their home country.
In addition to the performances, there are workshops where visitors can learn traditional dances or songs, as well as small markets with handmade souvenirs and regional specialties. The festival offers a colorful, lively program for people of all ages. Families, students and tourists appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to embark on a musical and dance journey through different cultures.
The Folklore Festival Vienna is therefore not only a stage for international artists, but also a symbol of tolerance, diversity and the shared joy of music and dance.
