LED’s Run Budapest

An evening when it is not the stars, but the people who light up the night. An evening when running turns into a festival, the stadium becomes a sea of light, and movement transforms into a shared experience. An evening eagerly awaited every year – this is the magical night of LED’s Run.

The event returns to where it all began. In 2023, LED’s Run and the Sport Nation Program started from the Puskás Aréna, and as voted by the community, on September 26, 2025, the Puskás Aréna will once again shine bright. Thousands of glowing accessories will accompany the runners through the stadium, which will be filled with movement, music, and radiance.

Light projections, DJs, fire jugglers, LED artists, and dancers in illuminated costumes will ensure that every moment of the run feels like a festival. Before the start, a shared energetic warm-up will help both body and mind tune in to the special evening.

What awaits participants?

Running in lights: two distances are available. The 2000-meter loop offers a magical experience for families together, while the more challenging 5000-meter run lets runners enjoy the atmosphere of the stadium glowing with light.

Festival atmosphere: the evening begins with a group warm-up, while during and after the run, light shows, fire jugglers, LED artists, dancers in illuminated costumes, and a DJ guarantee that every moment is a true show.

Glowing starter pack: the organizers provide a unique technical T-shirt created especially for the event, along with glowing accessories. Participants are also welcome to bring their own light sources – a headlamp, LED balloon, glow stick, or even the light of a mobile phone.

The LED’s Run night run takes place as part of the Sport Nation Program. Participation in the race and access to discounted registration requires Sport Nation Club membership. One club card number entitles one registration.

“Early bird” registration until midnight, September 3:

2 km: 3,000 HUF

5 km: 4,500 HUF

Registration between September 4–23:

2 km: 3,500 HUF

5 km: 5,500 HUF

Participation is free for children under 14. To use the discount, a valid student ID must be presented when collecting the race number. A maximum of 5,000 registrations can be accepted for both distances combined, until midnight September 23, 2025, or until the limit is reached.

LED’s Run is the event where participants become the light in the night. The organizers encourage everyone to join and make the most colorful night of autumn truly unforgettable.
