SALT Budapest, the Michelin-starred restaurant, has finally opened its first bakery, offering some of the city’s finest breads and pastries. In addition to classic sourdough breads, the shelves are stocked with rye bread, wholemeal bread and oat bread, while pastries include tarts, cocoa snails, croissants and cardamom bullar.
