TV Nova Open Day

On the weekend of August 16–17, 2025, all fans of television production and popular TV series will have the chance to go where they normally can’t – straight into the studios of Ulice, Ordinace v růžové zahradě 2, and the main headquarters of TV Nova in Barrandov.

The Open Day at the TV Nova Studios is back, and this year it brings more behind-the-scenes experiences than ever before!

Visitors will walk through sets they know from the TV screen, see the locations where iconic scenes are filmed, and discover what it’s like to shoot a TV show from the crew’s perspective. You’ll find out how much work goes into just a few minutes of final footage, how a scene is prepared, and the role that lighting, cameras, and sound play in the process.

And that’s not all – during the tours, you’ll have the chance to meet TV Nova actors and hosts, get their autographs, and take photos with them. For fans of series and television in general, this is a unique opportunity to experience TV up close and in person.

Admission to the event is free, but online registration is required, as capacity is limited and spots fill up quickly. Each tour route requires its own registration – separately for the main TV Nova building and the production center. We recommend signing up as soon as possible.
