Hot Rhythms City Park

At the end of July, one of Budapest’s most iconic locations – the garden of Vajdahunyad Castle in City Park – will come alive with rhythm, sound, and summer heat. On July 26, a lakeside celebration will take over the space, where a carefully curated lineup of artists will turn the twilight into a dance-infused spectacle. The afternoon opens with soulful, groovy beats, then as night falls, the tempo shifts to fast-paced drum and bass that pulses until dawn.

The organizers have assembled an impressive mix of top domestic and international DJs, from UK legend DJ Vadim (Ninja Tune) to Ludmilla (Ayra Recordings), as well as NiteFlexx crew members Adenine and DJ Span. The lineup is rounded out by Zentie, Basstet, Menthx, and Bangbros, while MC Fedora and MC Fantom host the night, injecting extra energy into the crowd. The musical journey stretches from smooth afternoon grooves to deep, high-intensity rhythms after dark.

Entry is well-structured and easy to navigate: the first 25 guests arriving before 19:00 get in free, and thereafter tiered ticket prices apply until late. Pre-sale ticket options make access quicker and guarantee entry without queuing – wristbands allow for one-time access, and the venue’s capacity is capped at 250 attendees at any given time. The event is family- and pet-friendly until 22:00, after which entry is limited to those aged 18 and over. The organizers reserve the right to manage admission as needed.

Reaching the venue is simple: from the main entrance of Vajdahunyad Castle, turn left and follow the path alongside the lake to the garden bar. Guests are kindly asked to purchase food and drinks on-site from Anonymus Bar to help support the costs of organizing the event. In case of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled – updates will be communicated by the organizers.

The musical offering spans a wide range of styles, balancing laid-back daytime vibes with high-energy nighttime sets. DJ Vadim’s international flair and Ludmilla’s signature sound provide a strong foundation, while NiteFlexx brings tight, danceable beats with Adenine, DJ Span, Bangbros, and Weide. Zentie and Basstet offer their unique groove-forward selections, and Menthx adds a distinct rollers-style edge. With Fedora and Fantom hosting, the night becomes a seamless, energetic musical journey.

Guests can immerse themselves in a rich sonic landscape – whether relaxing in the afternoon sun or dancing into the early morning. Careful organization, a diverse lineup, and the picturesque setting together create a unique experience. Clear rules and participation guidelines (wristband system, age restrictions) ensure a smooth, safe, and thoroughly enjoyable night.
