Medieval picnic

Bring a blanket, the kids and your curiosity – and get ready to go back in time! For one day, a small park in Stupava will be transformed into a living medieval scene. You’ll see knights, craftsmen, musicians, swordplay, period camps, and if you dare – you might even try something!

The Middle Ages will not only be there to look at, but also to taste, touch, and experience. An ideal summer trip for families, history buffs, and casual passers-by.

12:00 PM – Opening of the gates of the Small Park

1:00 PM – Fencing performance: SHŠ Ursus and Young Bears (SK)

2:00 PM – Interactive program for families with children: Market Troupe

3:00 PM – Fencing performance: Fratres in armis (CZ)

4:00 PM – Glagolitic script workshop: Tri jelene (SK)

5:00 PM – Fencing performance: DaŠS Aramis (SK)

6:00 PM – Lecture on the history of alcohol

7:00 PM – Medieval music concert: Musica Ursusica (SK)

Of course, you can also look forward to food stands.
