The Smíchov location welcomes you on weekdays starting at 8:00 a.m. and on weekends starting at 8:30 a.m.

If you want to enjoy breakfast in a truly unusual setting, then head to a café called Orient, the only cubist café in the world. You’ll find it in the House of the Black Mother of God. It opens its doors at 9:00 am on weekdays and an hour later on weekends.

Prague’s Vinohrady district also offers a great breakfast place. Vila 63 is an authentic bistro that has been in business since 2024. You can enjoy breakfast here in either the beautiful interior or the charming garden, Wednesday through Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The menu is truly varied, and you can count on top-quality ingredients from local suppliers.

If you want to enjoy friendly service and perfectly prepared coffee of the highest quality during breakfast, visit La Bohème Café in Vinohrady. Of course, you can also buy coffee to go. During the week, you can have breakfast here from 8:30 am, while on the weekend it is more of a late breakfast, starting at 10:00 am.

Místo Café in Prague’s Dejvice neighborhood. This café offers an excellent breakfast menu. You can look forward to creative dishes made with high-quality ingredients and bread from their own bakery. From the coffee menu, we definitely recommend trying their signature drinks. From Monday through Saturday, breakfast is served starting at 9:00 a.m.; on Sundays, you can sleep in and come an hour later.

It would be hard to find a greater symbol of Czech café culture than Café & Restaurant Slavia, which is also famous for appearing in several films. Many famous personalities have already stopped by for breakfast starting at 9:00 a.m., and you can join their ranks. Plus, from here you’ll have a magnificent view of Hradčany and the National Theater building.

Café of famous personalities. Do you know which café Albert Einstein, the two Čapek brothers or Franz Kafka liked to visit? We’ll tell you it’s Café Louvre, aka the café of celebrities. It stands out for its very wide range of breakfasts, which are available from 8:00 am (an hour later on weekends). It’s also a great place to play board games, and you get the daily newspaper as a bonus.

One of the cafés offering a truly extensive breakfast menu is the Viennese-style Café Savoy on Vítězná Street. You’ll find it right on the Vltava River, and you’ll especially appreciate its elegant wood and marble interior. Since the café was founded back in 1893, all of its furnishings are in the Art Nouveau style, and it also boasts large windows that offer a magnificent view of the surroundings. On weekdays, it opens at 8:00 a.m., and on weekends at 9:00 a.m.

A Vietnamese café serving specialty coffee and great breakfast in Karlín. You can look forward to marinated eggs, kimchi, and other brunch dishes that perfectly blend sweet and savory flavors. On weekdays, you can stop by as early as 8:00 a.m., and on weekends, starting at 9:00 a.m. You won’t want to miss their top-notch coffee or ceremonial matcha.
