An event all about the pancakes! You can choose from around 100 types of this delicacy both sweet and savory versions. Besides pancakes, waffles, chocolates and other sweets, drinks hot and cold will tempt visitors.
If you love to stock up on some local craft produce this is the place to get them! With the approach of Easter this time ham and other pork specialties will be in the limelight. Besides meat, you can sample the best craft foods brought to you by Hungarian small farmers. Some of the things to look for: honey, fruit preserves, craft cheese, homemade pastas, spices, handcrafted mustard, chili saucespastries, chocolates and sweets, fruit distillate (pálinka) and wine. Concerts, children’s performances, show cooking, and tastings accompany the food fair on both days. Entry is free for all programs.
🥯Black Food Festival🍔
Black food isn’t just artificially coloured, regular food. Some of the most sought after ingredients are black: from the finest coffee, decadent dark chocolate, luscious black berries, to traditional balsamic vinegar that has been made for centuries using traditional methods. Our passion here at the Black Food Festival is to discover and share the lesser-known black foods from across the world, whether that’s boudin noir, black macarons, or black garlic, and explore a new and unique culinary dimension.
🍯Tiliana producer & craft market🍎
Get started with March with a breathtaking, lively market! Everything will be there: street musicians, honey, syrups, pickles, loads of crafts: jewelry, toys, decorations, baby stuff! And when both hands are full of delicious goods, we can sit down at the Etalon for a delicious Sunday lunch or coffee!
