The Advent market at the Remise Transport Museum offers a magical pre-Christmas atmosphere in the former streetcar depot – between historic brick buildings and old vehicles.
The market features a variety of stalls with original gifts and culinary treats – hot punch, Christmas snacks, raclette sandwiches and sweet specialties to warm you up on cold winter days.
The program is varied and suitable for families as well as individuals – children can take part in craft workshops, decorate gingerbread or get creative, while adults can discover nostalgic corners in the vintage streetcars or take photos with the historic vehicles. For activity seekers, there is also a small ice rink or curling facilities, perfect for winter afternoons.
The whole market takes place in a quiet, non-touristy corner of Vienna and is ideal for anyone looking for an alternative to the central, busy Christmas markets.
