Anyone visiting Vienna in summer shouldn’t miss the Sommerkultur Vienna. During these weeks, the entire city transforms into a giant open-air living room: hundreds of free events are spread across all 23 districts.

Whether in parks, public squares, or charming courtyards – the Summer of Culture brings art directly to the people. From captivating music to theater and literature, dance, and special programs for children, there’s something for everyone. And the best part? The program is not only exciting and diverse, but also completely free!

From classical music to rock and jazz to electronic music, there truly is something for every taste. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover some of Vienna’s lesser-known corners while experiencing top-notch culture.
