The aim of the re:pair festival is to revalue and revitalise the traditional culture of repair. At repair:fair Vienna, the circular economy can be experienced directly by all visitors. There is a colourful and varied programme for the whole family.

Guests at repair:fair Vienna can turn to the participating repair shops with a wide range of repair problems and receive a professional assessment of repairability as well as tips and tricks to keep cherished items in good condition and use them for longer.
Free repair checks
Broken products can be brought to repair:fair Vienna for free repair checks. These are available for bicycles, textiles, small electrical appliances and lamps. Minor damage can be repaired immediately and free of charge at the stations. If the damage is more serious, you will receive advice on whether a repair is worthwhile and where you can get one.
Clothes swap
Clothes swap parties will take place on both days of the event. Communicative, fun and resource-saving, so good for the environment. Bring items of clothing you no longer use and pick up some new favourites. Everything from jumpers and bikinis to dresses can be swapped.
Please only bring clean clothes in good condition. Please do not bring any promotional T-shirts or washed-out woollen jumpers to the clothes swap.
The swap is free so that everyone can take part.
Favourable re-use and refurbished goods
At repair:fair Vienna, you can purchase carefully inspected second-hand appliances and refurbished products. The range extends from hi-fi equipment to kitchen appliances, IT and telecommunications products, books, records and decorative items.
