Children´s Book Festival

The success is back! During Stockholm Book Weekend, some of Sweden’s most popular children’s book authors and illustrators will once again gather for a rousing children’s book festival at Medborgarplatsen. Participants include Yumi and Tomu, the Knyckertz brothers and Bland drakar och dragqueens. There will be readings and dancing, horseback riding on an obstacle course, a treasure hunt, a fish pond, a craft workshop and lots of other fun activities between 11:00 and 15:00 on Saturday, May 18. The emcee for the day is Josefine Sundström.

MEET YUMI & TOMU!

* Pick up your ticket from 11am – 120 seats, first come first served

Yumi & Tomu are coming to the Children’s Book Festival for a lovely meet ‘n greet and book signing. We will release tickets for the meeting at 11 am the same day. Tickets can be picked up in the tent where they will have their meet and greet and also sign books, it is located directly to the left of the stage at Medborgarplatsen. We release 120 tickets – first come, first served! The current ticket number will be visible on a number display in the tent so that you can mingle around and take part in everything that happens in the area while you wait.

If you miss out on getting a ticket, everyone will be able to see them on stage at 12.05 in a short interview with the conference owner Josefine Sundström. Rackars bananer what fun it will be to meet during the Children’s Book Festival greetings Yumi & Tomu!
